Our products are craft distilled and our bottles comes from Missouri reducing our supply chain’s environmental impact. Green is in our DNA and we support the locavore movement. We forego excessive distillations which use massive amounts of energy with diminishing returns, and employ the most efficient lighting and packaging systems on the planet.

Back story

The Foundation

Grandfather was a kind but mysterious figure. He carried the scent of smoke, leather, and oak. There was more to his story than he would ever tell. Even more mysterious to a young boy was the collection of forbidden bottles resting on a table in the corner of his den. What spirits did they hold? As the boy became a man he realized that the vessels embodied moments Grandfather had seized with both fists; they contained the legacy of a life fully savored.

The Inspiration

Years later, on a Venetian giro d'ombra, the man happened upon the Cantina do Mori. This tiny establishment was founded over 500 years ago, and legend claims it was a favorite haunt of Casanova. The sheer history of the place was intoxicating. As the evening wore on the man sensed it was a momentous night, but the meaning remained elusive until he remembered the special collection in his Grandfather’s den.
